In AF, your pulse will feel irregular, and may be fast or slow.

By Angela Hartley on 23 September 2021

Ever wondered why some people can get out of bed earlier to go for a run, while others just can’t seem to get motivated to get out the door? It may be more to do with your brain than you think! By Angela Hartley on 10 August 2021

This month's blog is written by our guest post, Shelia Johnson. Sheila made the decision to leave the corporate world and long hours behind to start her own business. She has been encouraged by the personal success of her health and wellness routine that she wanted to share it with others. Her page WellSheila.net, is where she hopes to share her story to help people put their physical and mental health first. As tough as it is to admit, weight loss is easier for men. And though this isn’t the case for all males — plenty of men struggle with losing weight, too — the male body is naturally made up of more lean muscle, while women produce greater amounts of fat mass. Hormones and pregnancy also come into play, especially if hormonal imbalances are present. As such, a man and woman who diet and exercise together will often have different weight loss results, even if they’re both counting calories and following the same exercise routine.
