We will meet over Zoom for 75 minutes to talk about your heart, your health and your current fitness. We will make a plan together of safe exercise for you to follow. We will talk about your nutrition and make a plan for some small, sustainable changes if needed.
Lastly, we set some goals to keep you motivated and find out a bit more about your 'big why'.
I will create a plan for the next 4 weeks for you to follow at home.
You will have access to 4 Healthy Hearties exercise classes to be used over the 4 weeks.
This is a one-off assessment. If you'd like to see me regularly for one-to-one sessions you should look at my 6 or 12 week programmes.
