1 x 60 minute assessment phone call with me to go through your current health, your medical history and to talk about what type and how much exercise is appropriate for you. We will meet over Zoom or video call to talk about your heart, your health and your current fitness. We will make a plan together of safe exercise for you to follow. We will talk about your nutrition and make a plan for some small, sustainable changes if needed.
Lastly, we set some goals to keep you motivated and find out a bit more about your 'big why'.
You'll have access to 6 weeks of cardiac rehab style exercise classes via Zoom:
All classes are suitable for beginners and can be made easier or harder based on your needs. We are a friendly group who also catch up monthly to talk through questions, concerns and have a cuppa and you'll be able to join this.
You'll have the opportunity to ask questions each week.
